(shall use 1 of da "cheers" vanessa did on me to make fun of me when i was young.yes.i was a victim of a bully.but i think it made me stronger!but..im still weak)

previous days wrk was smooth (can b seen in prev entry whr i blog abt it)..ytd includin.ytd realised canny isnt as bad as i thought she is.again, it is stress which makes ppl look lyk dey rear an ugly head..n alwayz,ppl,includin me,base their perceptions on premature interpretion of other's actions(wah OB!).den canny told pigeon n me some things which happened @ wrk.was kinda interestin.o yah, ytd a caucasian man came.he was smwad a regular guest.i had da impression he's a cheekopek..think sm1 told me last time.

i referred him as da cheekopek to canny.canny agreed, suprisingly.den she was lyk sayin hw horrible he is, askin her if she wanna "try him" (WAH HOW DARE HIM!)..lyk WTH/WTF..crazee pervert ar!!den i dunno hw she sae to him lah.but of coz she refused.den when she was tellin me tt is y she dun wanna go near his table..n oso,tellin me hw he so short n fat!if he taller mebbe she'll reconsider.AHAHAH!joke sia.funny shiat.

n e wae,i kinda served him.he was smilin n all.but i had da impression hes a cheekopek n was thinkin tt he wld want sm1 prettier, lyk canny-da hot ahlian, to serve him.i psychic can read him.hohoho..hahahaha.yalor.when i asked him wad he wanna drink he say EViAN.n he nv even drink lyk 3/4 of it finished, he go le.mebbe he see me, bth den go liao..nt happy tt da chiobus nv serve him.AHAHA.

o ya,ytd i so blur/in a hurry to leave fer wrk tt i bought 2 right shoes wif me to wrk..end up no shoes haf 2 borrow frm kind maria,whom i met on my way up to seek help frm canny..shes sucha kind soul+nice n smile-y!love her manz.her personality is amazing.shes my role model+epitome of friendliness!hahaha.shes polite too n nv seem to rear an ugly head.

today,wrk was quite screwed up.@ 1st it was ok.budden gerald kaopehed me fer bein slow in lightin da candles.he asked rea to help me light up but when rea came n helped me,i had da impression tt she wanna take over me in doin so i let her(cos i had an order frm a customer so i was takin da tray of candles in 1 hand,n keying in da order in another-she came n took da tray frm me mah n whispered dunno wad)..den gerald kaopeh when he saw me doin other things (tendin to da customers).he was lyk "what r u doin?didnt i ask u to light da candles?" den i replied "uh..ya.but rea is lighting em nw.." den he was lyk "din i ask u to do tt?i only asked rea to help u,so can light up faster,not to takeover u" den i was lyk okok..how i kno sia!?grr.miscommunication it is,as gerald wld call it.

screwed up #2 was..when a customer ordered "crispy springroll with mango" i said ok without realisin its actually da chinese platter.den i supp 2 key it in, but at tt time gerald was kaopehing me (as above) fer da candle thing, so i asked him 2 help me key in instead so i can do da candles..den he SLAMMED da machine when i related da order "crispy springroll with mango" 2 him, bcos tts da chinese platter..=/ (scary sia) den he said "DERE IS NO SUCH TING" den i was lyk "okay.." *runsaway to louisa* n asked her den she told me its part of da chinese platter.damn.da customers misinterpretted da menu n apparently stupid me din noe too.cow.den i asked zoei help me bcos i had to do wad gerald saez n do da candles or he'll kaopeh.den zoei nt free ask me ask amelia to help so i did..n ran away to do candles..

n BANGSAI lah!intercon poor or wad.all da lighters all so shit.only 1 worked..outta SO MANy!!dey shld juz throw those tt cant wrk away.refill da butane oso no use 1..jialat sia.

ok..den later,screwed up more things.today da customers cant order peking duck n chinese platter bcos olive tree out of stock.amelia told me abt da platter bein outta stock but i cant recall it,so i took an order of chinese platter without informin da guests.end up louisa v angry..shld b cos da customer kaopeh bahs.den she called VB (cos i transferred dere to wrk,as dere got function) ask me wad happened.she nv scold me lah..but it was damn scary da way she questioned me,n da way i din noe 2 answer her..was so freakin blur, n kept sayin dunno..was ON HER NERVES bah. =/ jui ming arh~

louisa was angry n was askin cheryn nt to care n juz put da food she picked up fer VB n GO (lyk dun wait+dun care)i think she gets quite tantrum-y when shes angry..i think shes quite rude smtimes..a customer ever said i was better den da seniors bcos im polite,unlyk da others.i believe they were tokin abt lousia,who was rude to em as she kinda tend 2 em earlier, n she took away their ashtray quite rudely..(i was da 1 who gave em da ashtray cos i din noe dere cldnt smoke..cos dere is da foyer..but inside cld smoke..so oh well.i misinterpreted again.im a klutz) so whenever i see da customer satisfaction slip gt "friendliness=unsatisfactory" i kinda think its cos of her..altho im unfair to judge its cos of her..cos im also nt friendly too, since i walk ard wif sad face/face tt looks lyk ppl owe me money..-.-

yalah..n cos of tt i end up got amelia into trouble bcos of louisa.apologised to her later,but she said its ok cos she used to da scoldings..manz..=/ fucked up lah wrk.lyk mashita said to carmen (bcos carmen kena shouted by, frm william),wrk is never sweet.tts y its called da "workforce" hahaha.

when i was wrkin @ VB, gerald oso said da new GM's horrible.but said hez kiddin later.was he really kiddin?;-x haha.apparently da GM asked every1 to wear da inside shirt white (so gerald ran off go buy black shirt) to standardise/look professional.sm guy frm other branch wore blue shirt+brown pants i think..(4got da color combi but brown pants i rmb)n da GM said "u look like a fucking clown" eh. quite rude lehs.haha.but o well.when u haf da power,who cares abt bein polite when u can afford to b rude?

n e wae,gotta learn sm things frm carmen today.she said "nv believe gerald when he compliments u" bcos in a split sec he might find fault wif u..she oso said "noe ur manager" (kinda sounds lyk enemy) which makes so much sense.hahaha.

da thing abt wrk: ITS SO SUCKY,but u wrk fer da money n fer da experience.

altho its so dangerous as u scared ur ass gets so screwed.. smtimes i really scared i kena fired (shameful sia) bcos of me screwin up.. smtimes i scared i burn da hotel dwn (when i doin da candles tt time). smtimes i worry abt my health (haven recover frm sorethroat+everytime no time drink water=sorethroat possibility/worsen+da smoke in VB/LOBBY..wah),i wonder if all im doin is really worth it.

but tts da price to pay bah.fer wrk.fer da money.it is a fair trade.when i get my pay i wanna get a levis or smth.n oso give mom+dad 100bucks.i really shld.

oso,funny lahs.today mashita kena called by customer as havin 3 kids.she oso kena called last time as my mother.weird.i dun think she looks lyk a mother lahs.i think she was rather insulted.haha.

i oso kena called "r u frm china?" SO MANY TIMES i cant count le -.- da customer said its a gd thing n said dunno wad blabla..captivated em wif my chinese look.i was lyk kinda thinkin pls lorh.den da regular woman came again.she said i shld smile more bcos i smile da guys kena blown away.uhh.funny.i dunno y,but i can nv feel lyk i can b beautiful =/

ah!den again dey nv raise da blue form.n da same security guard duwan sign my blue form..=.- so tts 2 days empty slots.jialat lah.muz ask canny raise fer previous 2 daes too.hope she RAISE EM TMR!!kaopeh lah.den i think if i nt wrong william count my pay wrongly.less 1hr.haha.i caught a glimpse of 45bucks when it shld b 54 bucks.haha.only realised it on da taxi.shld ask him change tmr if its really wrong..=/

o ya..today transport was supp 2 b @ 12.30.went dere zun zun 12.30.technically i was nt late lorhs.den da 2 auntie i shared cab wif kaopeh.hello.dey were dere @ 12.den was lyk remindin so many times i make em go home so late le..uhs.thx manz.i alr said sorry.no need 2 kaopeh so much.n its nt lyk i wanna b late.i oso wanna go home 1 lorhs..if nt dey release me late u think i wanna b late meh?haha..i kinda held up cos gerald asked william do smth(den he muz go do)n oso cos i helped doin da candles..i haf to do finish or else i nt happy 1.guess its da perfectionist in virgos wrkin me up.but yet,altho i wan things to b suisui 1,i still screw up @ wrk.dun kno y..
