Since I'm so crazed about this drama, I shall be crazy to the end.
From this forum as stated above, it is said that (wahah!macham lyk news reporting) the ending of this drama was actually scripted like this:

Basically, it would end with Sam Soon and Sam Shik at the park or something and they'd lose their kids. Then the PA system would go on calling Sam Soon's name. She gets embarrassed and regrets not changing her name. Then the PA system now calls "Sam Shik" who gets mad that because of his wife, his kids don't even know his real name. the original script should have being this:

Infront of Namsan Seoul Tower
* Jinhun and Samsoon who clearly looks like parents, are both holding a kid's hand each searching for their 3rd child.
Both the child look like their father each being a girl and a boy. *

Jinhun: Bada!!
Samsoon: Bada!!
Jinhun: Bada!!
Samsoon: Bada!! Where are you!!
Jinhun: See why come out today! It's easy to loose a kid.
Samsoon: It's because you weren't looking. Don't you know the kid is recklessness, can't take your eyes off of it!
Jinhun: darn it~
Samsoon: Don't frown~

*Jinhun and Samsoon, keeps looking for Bada but an announcement/intercom voice appears *
Guy: We found a child. Name is Hyun Bada, and is 5 years old

* Jinhun and Samsoon stops in action and hears the announcement *

Guy: The mother's name is Kim Sam Soon. Kim Sam Soon
Samsoon: (frowns) Shouldn't have gave up on the registeration....[meaning her name]
Guy: The father's name is Hyun Sam Shik. Hyun Sam Shik.
Jinhun: (frowns as well) How are you teaching/raising the child?!?!
Samsoon: Isn't not just me, raising the kid.
Guy: Kim Samsoon and Hyun Samshik please come to the information booth. Again. ...

*JInhun and Samsoon goes running towards the information booth before the announcement is said again....*

ya, this ending by right is wat stated in the script. But when Kim Sun ah film until the end, she told the director that if she is kim sam soon, she will like the ending to be stop there (the kiss at the nan shan staircase). So after discussion with the script writer, the director decided to follow Kim sun ah's idea to end the serial there.As for the family pic, it can be seen in the drama in Sam soon's dream.
